By using MoumniWorld you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

MoumniWorld presents the photographs of Mohamed Moumni (Galerie Moumni), his biography and a way to contact him. It also contains Market and cart pages, which are placeholders (see section 7).

All photographs and texts on this website belong to Mohamed Moumni and are protected by copyright. The software, source code and graphic design of the website are protected as well and belong to Zaiid Moumni.

You may:

• view the photographs and the website for your personal, non-commercial use;
• share a link to the website or to one of its pages.

Without prior written permission you may not:

• copy, download for redistribution, publish or post any photograph on social media or on another website;
• print, sell, license, modify or use a photograph for any commercial purpose;
• use the photographs to train artificial intelligence systems;
• remove or alter any credit, signature or copyright notice.

To ask for permission or a licence, write to [email protected] and tell us which photograph you want to use, for what purpose and where. We will reply as soon as possible.

If you create an account, you agree to give accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend an account that is used abusively. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as explained in the Privacy policy.

• disrupt or overload the website, or try to bypass its security;
• send spam, or unlawful, offensive or misleading content through the contact form;
• use automated tools to copy the content of the website at scale;
• pretend to be someone else.

The messages you send through the contact form are used only to answer you, as described in the Privacy policy.

The Market and cart pages are placeholders and are not functional yet. No order or payment can be made. Any item or price shown is for display only and is not an offer for sale. Terms of sale will be published before any sale begins.

Some photographs show identifiable people. If you appear in a photograph on this website and want it removed or changed, write to [email protected] and we will act promptly.

We do our best to keep the website available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove content or features at any time.

The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Mohamed Moumni is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the website, nor for the content of external websites linked from it. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the website after an update, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Before any legal action, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to find a friendly solution. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
